Who we are.
We are the Burera Youth Community Initiative (BYCI), a non-governmental organization established in 2018 and officially recognized by the Rwanda Government Board under registration number 000024|RGB|NGO|OC|12|2023. Our mission at BYCI is to foster an empowered youth community, promoting resilience, equality, digital inclusion, sustainable development, tourism, and environmental conservation. Through our initiatives, we aspire to create lasting positive change within our community and beyond, safeguarding our natural resources and promoting responsible tourism practices.
